Scrap Teacher Review!→2008

Hello~! da-hsj speaking.

I have been watching Scrap Teacher for so long and no lie, I always play the episodes over and over again. Some people do not like the dorama, because it's so cheesy and cliché. I'm not going to argue but I love it.

It's about Sensei Sugi, played by Kamiji Yusuke, a new teacher at a school that is closing down. The students take this as advantage to go crazy all about around the school. Basically they litter, smoke, draw on walls, break windows, you get the point. But there is one student who still cares and his name is Kusaka, played by Yuto Nakajima. Three new mysterious transfer students join to  try to help the school.

From left to right one of the transfers is named Irie played by Daiki Arioka, Takasugi played by Ryosuke Yamada and Yoshida played by Yuri Chinen.

In some episodes they have stunts the boys perform. Some of it is cool and some, not so much. In episode five they had to do some. Takasugi did bike tricks and and Irie did skateboard flips. Yoshida had the biggest role in jumping from rooftop buildings. In the show the teachers and students are very active characters and play big roles--even if it's just for one episode. They also have comedy in it which makes it better. Like how Takasugi has problems with being "popular" or "handsome." Or that he has a really good voice but he can't sing in a choir. And Yoshida's obsession with plants! Over time they help class 2B, (Sensei Sugi's class) and the school. Although Takasugi, Yoshida and Irie are very cold in the show, you still love them!

Sometimes I do wish someone like the Sensei's in the show would come teach at my school. Or that I'd hopefully meet someone like Takasugi, Yoshida or Irie. As old as this show is trust me, this show will give you feels as long as you like Hey! Say! JUMP or SexyZone and inspirational cheesy j-dramas.

Ryosuke, Yuto, Yuri and Daiki are little super delicate dumplings I'm the drama. So chibi omg.

And this short filmed show is not only good in general but it has an amazing OST. While filming Scrap Teacher they also were filming another short dorama, called Sensei Wa Erai! This one is a comedy and is much more lighter and happier than Scrap Teacher. Plus Yuto is pretty damn funny. To see that review click this. ♥  So, here's to the first j-drama I ever watched (ik quite lame). Rooting on Scrap Teacher!
